2. Print and Color Accuracy
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor calibrations, mobile screens, and the physical printing process, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the final printed product. Minor variances in ink color, foil stamping, or paper texture are a natural part of the printing process and are not deemed manufacturing defects.

3. Custom Orders & Proof Approval
For all personalized or custom stationery orders, a digital proof will be sent via email for your review.

- Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to check the proof thoroughly for spelling, grammar, dates, layout, and overall design accuracy.
- Final Approval: Once you provide final written or digital approval, the order enters production. So-Me Shop is not responsible for any errors or typos discovered after proof approval. Remakes or reprints due to unspotted errors will be billed at the customer's expense.
4. Pricing and Order Modifications
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
